Default floating icon?....

help..(thanks).....when I first opened word(as a newbie)..I deleted by
accident some icon in the top right..that showed photo's when i clicked on
it(they looked like sample photos from the "my photos" folder in my docs...It
also had the OFFICE symbol on it....how do I restore that shortcut..thanks
again..

I can't recall having ever seen an icon like that, which means it could be an
Addin. Are you sure this is Word, and not something else, such as Works? Which
version?
