Default Duplicate or extra labels?

Is there any way I can create multiple copies of the same label in a mail
merge? For example: I know I will need to ship multiple boxes of stock to
some customers and would need multiple labels. I am using an Excel
spreadsheet as my datasource and it would be very time consuming to add the
duplicate rows by hand.

Thanks

Not easily with Word, unless you always want the same number of duplicate
labels, when all you have to do is remove a few Next record fields. For two
labels for each record, delete the Next record field from the second and
every other label after that.

If the numbers vary, then you will have to manipulate the date file to
produce the required number of extra records.
