track changes reverts to old copy after changes accepted
We have a file on our shared drive where all changes were accepted and the
file was saved. Another user opened the document and it showed the file with all reviewing/change ballons in it (just like before all the changes were accepted). When that person closed the file and it was opened on another user - the file was fine. What is the issue? Thanks |

Not seeing the balloons does *not* mean that the changes were accepted: it
just means that the balloons are not visible; again, this could be because the user was in Final view. -- Suzanne S.
