Need Form to log weekly conversations with customers
I call on franchises regularily and have to keep record of my call. Many of
the questions are the same each month but I need to update. I would like to be able to see previous months entries as I go through the form. I then can forward the report with the current discussion logged. Some of the topics are check list and some require docuementation. Thanks! |
