How do I make a line of "points of ellipsis" evenly spaced? For example:
Meeting Three ............. 7:30 AM. Then right below it: Meeting Four
............... 12:30 PM. I am using Word 2002 SP3, but I don't think the
version of Word makes a difference.

That is not a "line of 'points of ellipsis'"; it's a period leader. If
you're attempting to type the periods manually, then Word is AutoCorrecting
every group of three to an ellipsis, which is *not* what you want. You need
to set a tab with a period leader. See

Don't type the periods. (An ellipsis is 3 dots in a row).
Instead, set a tab with a dot leader. See here for how:
