You have either linked the picture to an external file, or possibly you have
literally embedded the picture as an editable object (e.g. Visio diagram)
and your recipient does not have the correct tool to open it.

Either way you need to unlink the fields containing the pictures, so the
actual picture is stored in the file. CTRL-6 or CTRL+SHIFT+F9 will do the
job.

Hello all,

I embedded a picture inside my word document. I can see it every time I open the document. But - when I email the document to another party - he can't see the picture!

What am I doing wrong?
