I can see the ruler.

Under the page view configuration, I can view the left and right margins.

The top and bottom margins have dissapeared, and I can't manually move them
in the ruler.

In the page setup, the top and bottom margins are set to 1" but they are
gone on the screen under the page view.

This affects every new document.
