Default circling words or phrases

Is there a way to "draw" a circle around a word or group of words?

View Toolbars Drawing (or click the Drawing button on the standard
toolbar), select the Oval tool, and draw the circle. You might have to set
its fill to "No fill" or send it behind the text to avoid hiding the text.
