cannot print range after mailmerge in Word 2007
A merged document comprises a section for each record with as many pages in
each section as there were in your source document. To print the pages associated with a particular record, you need to address the sections directly, so to print Section 2 enter s2 in the pages box of the print dialog. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org MRS Admin wrote: I am having difficulties printing a range after I mailmerged in Word document.
