edit recipients
I have an Access database that has several tables that I use for mail merging
envelopes for mass mailings. When I select one of the tables to merge it will give me the option to edit the recipients. When I open another of the tables to merge it the database is greyed out and will not let me edit the recipients. It merges all the recipients. Have any idea what the problem could be? |

The best place to manipulate the data is in the database. Use a Select
Query to extract the records that you want to merge. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
