Default How do I add a name and an address to a list of labels keeping th.

I have a list of names and addresses (30 to a page to use Avery labels 5160,
10 pages long) in alpha order. How do I add a name to the list keeping them
in alpha order and just scooting them down within the document?

If you put your entries in a table, you can sort them after new entries.

See http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm jumping in
where the illustrations match your file. Once the list is in a data table
you can sort on any field.
Alternatively if the document has one line per address, locate the place in
the list where the address should go and type it in there.
You dont have to have the list in a table to sort it, but it widens your
sort options.
