I am not able to print any documents from Microsoft Word. I am able to print
from every other application in Microsoft Office, but not Microsoft Word. At
first, I thought that it was my printer. But I talked with a representative
from HP, and they told me to change certain settings. When my printer still
didn't print, they said to contact Microsoft Office because something might
be wrong with it. Could someone tell me how to fix it please? I really need
to print some important documents. Thank you.

Is the HP set as the default printer?
Have you checked for an updated printer driver at
http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/ (I'll bet the HP rep didn't mention that
site).
Word requires the printer driver to format the document. Does the print
appear in Preview?
