Default Word 2002 Fonts missed

The only font that my word recognize is Times New Roman.
Then I only have "Device font 10cpi", "Device font 17cpi", "Device font
17cpi".

I reinstalled my office twice, but no success.

The rest of the office has all the fonts.

Please, can you help?
Thank you so much,
Belén

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Printers and Faxes.
If the default printer is None, Generic/TextOnly, or Fax, then
change the default printer to one that is capable of printing
fonts, and you will see more choices in Word.
