am am doing a three page assignment of 3 differant originizational forms and
im not sure what that is may you help me by explaiing this consept or direct
my path to the correct answer. thank you

If your spelling were better, I'd suggest Google, but I think
"originizational forms" might be a challenge even Google can't meet. How
about such forms as a job application, an application for annual leave, a
report of hours worked, and so on?
