Default How do I insert a document and have it update

Hi,

I need to do the following: I need to link a document 'doc 1' to a existing
word document 'doc 2' that will automatically update the text in 'doc 2' when
I update 'doc 1'. BUT, i need 'doc 1' to appear as text in 'doc 2' and not
as the file path.

I hope that make some sense!

Have you tried using Insert | File | Insert as Link, which inserts an
IncludeText field?
