Scaling
I copied a spreadsheet from Excel into Word. When I do this, the information
gets blown up to the point that it can't be printed at the normal size. I can't scale it because the width of the column won't allow me too. I need a way in which I can scale the whole document to where I can print it on one page like you can in Excel. The page is able to be printed on one page in Excel but can't be printed in Word. Thanks! |

Scaling
If you go to Print Preview, through the File Menu, you will see on the
top tool bar a picture that looks like 3 pages with an arrow, "Shink to fit" is the help text. If you click this it may shrink your excel chart to the size your looking for. Hope this helps ~Amanda~ |
