Default Scaling

I copied a spreadsheet from Excel into Word. When I do this, the information
gets blown up to the point that it can't be printed at the normal size. I
can't scale it because the width of the column won't allow me too. I need a
way in which I can scale the whole document to where I can print it on one
page like you can in Excel. The page is able to be printed on one page in
Excel but can't be printed in Word.

Thanks!

Default Scaling

If you go to Print Preview, through the File Menu, you will see on the
top tool bar a picture that looks like 3 pages with an arrow, "Shink to
fit" is the help text. If you click this it may shrink your excel chart
to the size your looking for.

Hope this helps
