Default Header Margin Boundary

Does anyone know how to make the lower part of the header magin boundary the
same on all pages. Some pages are OK, some are lower on some pages.

Default Header Margin Boundary

The likelihood is that the header contains one or more empty paragraphs that
are pushing the bottom down. If you have pasted text from one header into
another, no matter how carefully you have done this (copying all but the
paragraph mark and pasting over the existing paragraph mark), Word will
*always* paste into a new paragraph, leaving the existing one empty. Display
nonprinting characters so you can see and delete these empty paragraphs.

If that's not the issue, then check the paragraph formatting on the headers
in question to see if they have any Spacing After applied.
