Type them like this:
Name1(tab)Title
Name2(tab)Title
Name3(tab)Title
etc.
Select all the lines. Hit Format-Tabs. Choose Decimal leader. Choose
Right-aligned and enter the inches mark at your right-hand margin. Hit Set.
Ok.

Another layout I like (and often use for production credits in programs) is
to put the role and person's name on either side of the center. To do this,
set a right-aligned tab stop just left of the center and a left-aligned stop
just to the right of center (leaving about a quarter-inch "gutter" between).
Then use this format:

tabBest MantabJohn Jonesenter
tabMaid of Honor tabMary Smithenter

and so on.
