Default On return address that I want to set as a default how do I keep t.

I am trying to set a return address as default but everytime I change the
formatting, i.e. Font size, bold, etc., and set as default, when I try to
printing an envelope again with the default address it changes the format.
Note, two lines of the return address are 16 pts the other two lines are 8
pts. What am I doing wrong.
