Mail merge
How do I get the bold and grayed out turned off on my mail merge? It is
great to show me where the merged fields are, but when I print it out I dont want it to show up as grayed out, then everyone can see it is a form letter rather than a personal letter! -- bh |

Mail merge
It sounds as though you are not completing the merge. There are no merge
fields in a merged document. You must merge to the printer or to a new document.
