Default Error in mail merge document

When I create a mail merge letter using an Excel spreadsheet and making minor
revision after the merge is completed (not enought to run the merge again)
e.g, 1o63 to 1063, I receive the following error message "There are too many
spelling and grammatical errors in Letter1 to continue displaying them. To
check the speling and grammar of this document, choose Spelling and Grammar
from the Tools menu. Thanks.

Default Error in mail merge document

Hi Dar,

provided you're satisfied that there are no spelling errors in either your main mailmerge document or your data source, you can
ignore the message.
