Deleting Highlighted Text
Why when I highlight text, then backspace, the text remains, and cursor
moves to start of selected text? I've tried switching the "insert" button on/off. I suspect it's something to do with a choice I've made in AutoFormat, but I can't figure out which one. Thanks. |

Deleting Highlighted Text
Tools Options General. Uncheck the two WordPerfect options.

Tools Options, on the Edit tab check Typing replaces selection
