Default suggestions for training at interview

Hi all. I have an interview for a job as an IT Trainer. I have to give a 20
minute training session on Word 2000 to 2 "delegates" who will role play as
whatever I say my target audience is - e.g. experienced secretaries. Would
anybody care to give me any suggestions on what to base the training on?

Focus on the tasks your target audience will be performing. You can make a
greeting card with Word but is that something an administrative assistant
would likely be doing?
