Default text form fields - enter one, autofill another?

I work on lease documents, and have one form set up as a template, and I
inserted text form fields using the forms toolbar in places where I insert
data - company name, dates, etc.

Is there a way to set this up so if the same data appears elsewhere in the
document, it fills in automatically? Kind of like in excel where you can
enter = and cell number?

Thanks,
Diane
