How do i remove the read only from a cd-rw?
When i save a doc to cd-rw drive eveything is fine, but when i open that doc
up on the cd and try to save it as something else it say this doc is read only. what can i do to solve this problem. thank you |

That includes floppies, CD-RW, Zip disks, flash drives, etc. Copy the document to the hard drive, work on it there, close it, and copy it back to the CD. Files on a CD (any type) are always read-only. Copy the needed file to your
HD, then, in Windows Explorer, right-click, choose Properties, and remove the Read Only attribute. -- Suzanne S.
