Changing Margins in Word - Making it Smaller
I have a word document that is 120 pages long. The basic format is like this:
This is a test. This is a test. This is a test. This is a test This is a test This is a test This is a test This is a Test. It goes on and on for 120 pages like this. I want to be able to change it to look normal, and like this. This is a test. This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test.This is a test. How do I do this? Thanks |

That is correct. They are emails that I pasted into word. Do you think there
is an automated way to fix this. Thanks. "Kyro" wrote: I have a word document that is 120 pages long. The basic format is like this: This is a test. This is a test. This is a test. You can handle it with Find & Replace... click the 'More' button, then click
'Special' and choose Manual Line Break (^|) in the Find field and type a space in the Replace field. This is just one technique, but if you follow the link provided by Suzanne in her reply to your original post you will find some excellent suggestions. Regards |:) "Kyro" wrote: That is correct.
