Default Excel formula doesn't work in Word Table

I need to test multiple calculations in table cells in order to determine the
grade(LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH) i.e. return in strings. The below formula works fine
in Excel. Any advice it can be put in use in Word table would be appreciate.
Please help!

=IF(IF(IF(D19=16,"Low",IF(E19=6,"Low",IF(SUM(E9: E13)3,"Low",IF(SUM(E14:E18)3,"Low","Medium"))))= "Medium",IF(D93,"Low",IF(D103,"Low",IF(D113,"Lo w",IF(D123,"Low",IF(D133,"Low","Medium"))))))="M edium",IF(D20=31,"High","Medium"),"Low")
