Default Word 2003 protect document can not copy files an able read only

- i have some file, i want to sent to my friends but i dont want to friends
copy my data. How do i do

Default Word 2003 protect document can not copy files an able read only

The only way to do this is not to send it. *Anything* that someone can see
can be copied.
Sending it as PDF format (for which you will require extra software) will
slow down the less bright of your friends for about ten minutes.
