Default Conditional replacing?

Hi all, I was wondering, is there any way to replace a string in Word only if
it has a space before it, like if I had:

THIS is a really bad example I made, I'd think.

and I wanted to replace "I" with "#I", but only if it was at the beginning
of the word, so it would be:

THIS is a really bad example #I made, #I'd think.

is there a way to do that?

Also, if I have something like (the dollar sign is purposely there as a
marker):

Linda's sisters'$ names were Mary and 'Liz'

would there be a way to delete apostrophes only if they had a space after
them?

Thanks, I know this is probably a hard question!

You would use EditReplaceMore. Check match case.

Type a space and I in the find what field. Type #I in the replace with
field and click replace all.

Type ' and a space in the find what field. Type a space in the replace with
field and click replace all.
