Default formatting numbers in a table

Can someone tell me if it is possible to format figures in a Table in Word to
2 decimal places in one go, or do I have to type it in the long way.

Hi Lucille,

Unless you're using formfields and your document is protected for forms (or the equivalent in Word 2007's content controls), you'll
have to format the numbers manually.

Cheers
