Default Open Word Documents In Final View

I have a user that has made numerous changes in a Word document (Word 2003).
When she saves it, no problems. When she opens it, it opens with the Review
Toolbar open, showing all changes that she made. Is there a way for it to
open in the "Final" view?

Thanks

No - that is a "security measure" intended to prevent a doc from being
distributed with embarrasing content - or worse - retained within. In order
to produce a Final version *all* changes must either be Accepted or Rejected
& the Track Changes feature turned Off.
