Keyboard locked after holding down shift key
Hello all! My mother inadvertently held down the right shift key, and the
dialog box for filterkeys popped up. She hit cancel, thinking that would make the box go away. It did make the box go away, but now the mouse is not working correctly (ie: clicking on the save button opens the open file dialog box), and the keyboard is completely locked up. Opening a new word file you can not type a thing, the keyboard just beeps at you. FYI, this is true in Excel as well. Help! |
