Default Reading or Print Layout???

I've been working a Large Document that was once on a full screen but now
only shows the full page but on a smaller scale...I have tried everything
possible to put it back to what it was without success. If anyone knows then
please help as I cant work on it until it's rectified!!!

View | Zoom and choose 100% or Page Width or Full Page or whatever gives the
