When I open word, the document header has disappeared and the first line of
the page is at the very top of the page.
If I go to View Header & Footer from the menu bar, to open the H&F for
editing then the header is then displayed. If I close the H&F Edit Tool Box
the Header remains and the document then acts as normal.

I had this happen once before and the only thing that fixed it was an entire
Office remove and re-install. The repair otion has no affect.

Since I rebuilt office, several weeks ago, all has been fine. The problem
seemed to start to occur again yesterday, after I inserted a picture into a
fax document created from a bespoke template.

Any suggestions of what I can check to stop this please.
