Default Ticket Numbering

Hi,

I am creating tickets for a school production and I want to be able to
number them automatically (10/sheet x 30 sheets) 1 - 300 using the mail merge
feature in Microsoft Word. How is this done?

Thanks.

Thanks for the help Anne - but - I have already designed my tickets. Is there
any way I can make my pre-designed tickets work with the system you have
already set up?

Thanks.

Use Excel to create a worksheet containing the word Number in cell A1 and in
that column a series of numbers 1-300. Attach that file to your ticket file
as the data source and insert the Number merge field where you want the
numbers to appear. Before the Number mergefield on the 2nd through the
10th ticket on the sheet, insert a Next field. Then execute the merge.

Sure, but I couldn't tell you how without seeing your tickets.
So email me your ticket, and tell me how many you need?

E-mail address - I can't attach (or at least don't know how to) attach files
to the newsgroups.

Thanks.
