how can I delete highlighted in green text and not the rest
Not possible through ordinary F&R, which can find Highlight formatting but
doesn't distinguish colors. Possibly this can be done with a macro. -- Suzanne S. how can I delete highlighted in green text and not the rest
Does the text have the appropriate language attributes set? If so, you can
search for a particular language using the find format functionality. -- Ted |
