Default HOW DO I TYPE OVER LINES AND MOVE FROM ONE SUBJECT TO ANOTHER USI.

I NEED TO MAKE SOMETHING AND USE LINES SO PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO TYPE ON THE
LINES IN CERTAIN FIELDS - HOW DO I MAKE IT SO THAT WHEN PEOPLE TYPE, WORDS
MOVE ON THE LINES AND THE LINES DONT GO DOWN AS ANOTHER LINE STARTS?

Also note that it's quite difficult to read text which is typed in
uppercase.
