Default How to create PDF file that can be edited.

Can A PDF file be created similar to a templete where it allows fields to be
filled in such as name,address, telephone etc. A good example would be a job
application that request information online.

Default How to create PDF file that can be edited.

If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat Professional, you can create
fillable forms, but that question has nothing to do with Word. You can also
create fillable forms with Word.
