Hi,

If the form is not protected for forms (that is, it's an ordinary Word
document), then (a) the expectation is probably that you will print it out and fill it in, but (b) if any kind of enclosure will do (that is, if a rectangle is as good as a "circle"), select the text to be "circled" and go to Format | Borders and Shading | Box (by default, the "Apply to" selection will be Text). -- Suzanne S.
