set length of a mail merge field
I have a field called Plan Name in a Mail Merge Label template [Avery 5971].
I don't need the complete name for this project therefore I do not want the name to wrap around on to the next line. Is there a way to set this field to not wrap around to the next line or to set the length to 15 characters? lborshard |

Not in mail merge itself. Any manipulation of data in such ways would have
to be done in the data source. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
