Default ink cartridge replacement wizard

Hi. I've just installed Word 2003. When I had Word 2000, I could use a wizard
to help me install the ink cartridge in my printer by going to 'File', then
'Print', 'Properties', 'Utility' and then 'Ink Cartridge Replacement'. In
Word 2003 the options aren't there. Does anyone know where they're hiding?
Thanks a lot if you can help.

You might be able to download an ink cartridge replacement
template from
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/te...s/default.aspx .

When you click the Properties button in the Print dialog, everything you see
after that is provided by the printer driver software and not by Word. You
can get to the same dialog by going through Start Settings Printers,
right-clicking your printer, and selecting Properties -- even without Word
running.

Changing the version of Word should not have had any effect on that dialog.
If you also changed the version of Windows at the same time, you may now
have a different version of the printer driver -- or even a generic one
provided by Microsoft instead of the full-featured one written by the
printer manufacturer.

Visit the web site of the printer manufacturer and download the latest
version of their driver for your model. It should also include instructions
for how to install it.
