Default Run-time error '91': when closing MSWord 2003

I have just upgraded to Office 2003 and whenever I close MS Word I get the
following message:

Run-time error '91':
Object variable or With block variable not set.

the help information makes no sense to me. I have no idea what that help
box is referencing. "Object variable or With block variable not set (Error
91)" seems to be an unhelpful loop. Any help for a relative newby to Word
would be appreciated.
