"0" in empty column when converting from Excell data to Word direc
I have an Excell data base that I convert to a Word directory. It has
addresses, phone numbers, comments, etc. When it is converted to a directory if there is no information in the Excell column then Word puts in a "0". I want to get rid of that zero. How? |

Nameoffieldthatsometimesreturnszero }" } You must use Ctrl + F9 to insert each pair of field delimiters and Alt + F9 to toggle off their display. -- Hope this helps.
