Default How do I search for cross references in my word document

I created a table of references in the beginning of my document; I want to
search for a particular reference in my document and cannot de-reference my
cross reference, i.e I cannot locate where I have used a particular numbered
item in my document. What should I do?

Thanks

Press Ctrl-F9 to display field codes. Then use Find. Use ^d finds all
fields, or ^d REF to find cross-reference fields.
