Default How can I make a dictionary using Word?

I would like to know how I can type specific words and use special
customizations to make a printable dictionary using Microsoft Word.

Perhaps the first entry in your dictionary should be 'special
customization'.

This work is a professional one.
You should know things about Macros and how to write VB codes. In that case,
you can put a textbox in you document and write some codes to find the word
which is written in the textbox and then print that page.
