Default Protecting a single word or group of words in a Word form

I'm creating a form using Word Tables. I would like to protect the title of
each cell so that the person who fills out the form cannot change the title.
I have the title at the beginning of the cell.

Can this be done? If so, how?

This is the whole idea of a protected form. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm and especially
the forms tutorials by Dian Chapman that this article links to.
