Default Template for Avery 5360?

Avery 5360 is for copiers, which is why it is not listed in Word. If you want
to use them with your printer (not recommended by Avery), you can customize
any label format in Word by going to ToolsLetters and MailingsEnvelopes and
Labels. In the Envelopes and Labels pop-up window, select the Options button.
Select a label format (something close to the same size as 5360) and click
the New Label button. Name your label and change any settings, and click OK.
Hope this helps.
