Default I need a mail merge expert for one question.

I am putting together a letter to my clients that includes pricing. The
problem is that the pricing has several places past the decimal point, when I
only want two places. I have reformatted the excel sheet that i am drawing
data from but am unable to solve this problem. I have done this letter
annually for years without this problem.
