Cannot restore Word defaults
Recently when I open Word the page is a mess; no margins, can't
view the entire page unless I'm looking at a print preview....I tried deleting the Normal file as directed, but there was absolutely no change. Any other options? |

What view are you in. If it's Print Layout, see
