Default Know a Word extension that puts tables of contents in APA style?

Greetings, Seems that there is not an existing TOC style in Word 2003
congruent with APA Style. While it can always be done by hand, it's annoying
to change it every time I update the TOC. Tips?

Tip: look up 'congruent' in a dictionary.
